In short:
Product:
MicroFactory is a compact robotic cell for electronics assembly.
Our customers have frequently changing tasks, so we use an agentic integrator that handles the entire deployment: generates tooling, writes control code, trains models, and writes instructions for the human operator.
Long-term goal:
We’re targeting the same high-mix, low-volume tasks as humanoids (estimated at $42T), but we starting with a robot that has a positive ROI and benefits from frontier models.

Traction
- Production for Unruggable startup, they paid $22k and built whole strategy around MicroFactory.
- 140 paid reservations ($1.4M in pipeline), includes Roche (Fortune 500), Molex (a Lockheed Martin supplier).

To fulfill the reservations, deploy 100 robots, and automate our own production.

Team
We are Igor and Viktor previously owned an electronics manufacturing business for 9 years. We are solving our own problem we had.

Igor (CEO)
- Developed the concept of continual learning for manipulation tasks, which required collaboration of experts from multiple domains.
- Co-author of the robotic paper, presented at the CORL conference: https://arxiv.org/abs/2509.17321
- Grew X following from 200 to 9K people by publishing robotics research content.

Viktor (CTO)
- Designed a telepresence robot in 2017.
- Designed an industrial-grade 6 dof robotic arm (high precision, ability to run 24/7, smooth motion required for the AI model).
- Designed a system of hot-swappable grippers with compliance mechanics.

Denys (Founding engineer)
- Developed low-cost stereo cameras with global shutter, synchronization, and on-chip image optimization.
- Optimized the model to run on a GPU that is 10x cheaper, using a range of techniques including custom CUDA kernels and QAT (Quantization Aware Training).
- Designed a high-speed controller for the industrial robotic arm.
